Luna gets agitated when delivery trucks arrive - she sounds vicious but she's harmless, just loud. We had a scare recently - the first time she's ever run out towards the street! You must be extra careful whenever that front door opens.

If she stays agitated when NOT at the front door she is usually saying one of 3 things:

I'm thirsty - no water to drink!

I need to go potty!

Time to play!

Luna's bad habit is eating paper, especially tissues and paper towels. They will constipate her somethin' awful, so try not to let her get her paws on any.  If she's gone off somewhere you can't see her, she's probably into something - otherwise she likes to stay close.

Our baby loves to lay next to you and sleep, whether on the couch or in bed.  She's kind of funny about being petted while napping though and gives me a dirty look when I try.

Food

She eats twice a day. One scoop of dry food (jar is on the counter) and one frozen cube from the freezer door. Microwave it for 15 seconds in a glass bowl and then mix in the dry food. She has a little bowl that fits in the pink silicone bowl holder.

In the afternoon we feed her any time after 4pm - workdays it's usually closer to 5pm. If she doesn't poop before eating she'll usually go soon afterwards. You don't have to worry about picking it up - it will be dried up and gone in no time in this heat.

Water

She's been dehydrated lately - please make sure she has plenty of access to fresh water. Give her water dish a quick rinse and fill 3/4 full with fresh water at least a couple of times a day. We don't drink the tap water here - we buy gallons of bottled water and store the extras in the laundry room.
